KIMBALL-MEEKS CONSERVATORY
STUDENT & PARENT INFORMATION
WHAT TO BRING AND NOT
NEW POLICY: Cell phones and personal electronic devices will not be permitted for daily use during the Conservatory.
All devices must be turned in at check-in and will be securely held by staff for the duration of the Conservatory program. Devices will only be returned on designated travel days. This policy has been established in response to past challenges and, more importantly, to ensure that all students are able to fully engage in the Conservatory experience, build meaningful relationships, and remain focused on music and the arts.
To ensure consistent communication with home, a dedicated camp email account will be available for parents and guardians. Messages received will be printed and distributed to campers during lunch each day. Campers will have the opportunity to write responses, which will be sent back via email by staff. If urgent communication is needed, parents should contact the Conservatory Director directly.
